Cassie Harrington joined the ACES team in January of 2020 and currently serves as Associate Director. Prior to her arrival at the University of Maryland, College Park, Cassie worked at institutions across the country, including Penn State, the University of Delaware, and the University of Iowa. 

Her career in higher education spans both Student Affairs and Academic Affairs, and centers on student success, curricular design, program assessment/accreditation, and leadership/career development. 

Outside of work, Cassie enjoys reading, crafting, beach trips, a good cup of coffee, and attending sporting events and comedy shows with her partner.
